How long does it take to start selling my home online?

Raffles aim to get your property listed on all the major property websites within 24 hours of you selecting one of our packages on the Raffles website (dependant on you authorising the listing content).

If there happens to be a specific date that you require your property to be listed by let us know and we can do that as well.

Can I sell my home with other estate agents as well as Raffles?

Yes, absolutely, just let us know beforehand and we will prepare the correct agreement. However, if you are already contracted with an Agent please do check with that you are able to market with another Agency.

What’s the difference between Raffles and the big property websites like Rightmove and Zoopla?

Web Sites like Zoopla Rightmove & Zoopla are Portals or windows into which the general public can see but are unfortunately not able to sell directly through them. Raffles lists your property on your behalf and will help with the entire sales process.

How much can I save?

We have transparent fixed fees that remain the same regardless of what your property is worth. Typically High Street Agents charge between 1% and 2% to sell your home, with the average house price in Surrey now at around £500k a fee at 1% would equal £5k, 2% £10k just in Agency fees. So you will save £1000’s using Raffles.

Are you open 24 hours a days?

You are able to book a valuation appointment day or night 24/7, feedback, viewing requests and other updates are sent to you immediately.

You can call or visit us 7 days a week during our office hours and of course E-mail any time you’d like!

Are there any hidden fees?

No! Our fees are completely transparent.

What if I change my mind and don't want to sell?

If you decide not to sell your property with us, please refer to your bespoke agreement for the cancelation process. In most cases there are no cancelation penalties in the first 14 days of the agreement.

Who will Conduct the Viewings?

Our role is to actively promote your property, to deal with all incoming enquiries from potential purchasers, schedule viewings for your agreement and negotiate the best price with your consent but unless you choose the accompanied viewings option, we leave the conducting of viewings to you.

For How long will you advertise my property?

On average properties listed with Raffles go under offer within 45 days. However, in order to ensure we are doing our absolute best for our clients we keep marketing your property until sold.

Can you arrange an open day?

Yes, if your property attracts a lot of interest we will consult with you and with your agreement, arrange an open day. The event will be promoted, conducted and followed up by Raffles. Open days are an incredibly effective sales tool.

If I choose the pay on completion option how do I process my payment?

Once you property sale has completed, Raffles Property Services issues an Invoice to your solicitors this would be paid along with all other costs via the solicitors and on the day of completion. If this falls on a weekend, the payment would be expected no later than the first Monday following the completion day via the solicitor.

Our packages include promoting your property on the UK’s leading property portals – Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation, each boasting many millions of visits per month.
